He produced a really thorough homebuyers report (showed that the one for our previous house was lacking) and spent an hour talking us through it. His communication was amazing, both timely and clear. Would definitely use him again although hopefully I don’t have to move again any time soon…

Matthew Keegan-Phipps recently done a RICS level 2 survey for us. He done a great job ,and he pointed out the all defects with clear photo proof especially for roof, loft etc. We are extremely satisfied with his work . He explained all the pros and cons of our property ,inside and outside. He did more than what we had expected from them . We can clear out all our doubts by asking to them . Very happy with the level of service I recieved! Communication was great, the survey seemed very thorough, and included a follow up call in which Matthew ran through the whole survey making sure I understood everything and answering any questions I had. The price seems in line with most other surveyors, and I wasn't expecting the follow up call so that felt like a bonus. Will definitely be recommending to friends in the future.
