He done a great job ,and he pointed out the all defects with clear photo proof especially for roof, loft etc. We are extremely satisfied with his work . Communication was great, the survey seemed very thorough, and included a follow up call in which Matthew ran through the whole survey making sure I understood everything and answering any questions I had. The price seems in line with most other surveyors, and I wasn't expecting the follow up call so that felt like a bonus. Will definitely be recommending to friends in the future.

Matthew did a Level 2 RICS survey on a 1930s end-of-terrace I'm buying in Bristol and I couldn't recommend him more highly. The report itself was incredibly thorough, every issue properly explained, photographed, and cross-referenced, but what really stood out was the follow-up meeting. He took the time to walk me through the findings, answered every question patiently, and gave me his honest professional view on things. As a first-time buyer it gave me a huge amount of clarity on what I was actually taking on. Worth every penny.

I am a first time buyer, Matthew's report was incredibly detailed and he also went through it with me on a video call which was really useful. As a first time buyer I asked my Dad to join the call with Matthew to go through the report. He was also very impressed at the level of detail and felt this was the best Level 2 house survey he had come across before. All communication has been prompt. I would definetly use Keegan-Phipps again if I need further level 2 survey doing and would highly recommend Matthew to others.
