Matthew has been excellent. He produced a really thorough homebuyers report (showed that the one for our previous house was lacking) and spent an hour talking us through it. His communication was amazing, both timely and clear. Would definitely use him again although hopefully I don’t have to move again any time soon…

Matthew was extremely helpful throughout the whole survey process. The level 2 survey we had completed was extensive with a comprehensive report explaining all of the findings. Afterwards a call was arranged to speak through the report. Would highly recommended Matthew to anyone

As first-time buyers, we didn’t really know what to expect from a survey, but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Matthew was incredibly thorough and the written report was really detailed, which helped us understand the property so much better.

We really appreciated  the follow-up video call. Matthew spent time talking us through everything, explaining what it all meant, and answering all of our questions. It really helped so much.

Matthew Keegan-Phipps recently done a RICS level 2 survey for us. He done a great job ,and he pointed out the all defects with clear photo proof especially for roof, loft etc. We are extremely satisfied with his work . He explained all the pros and cons of our property ,inside and outside. He did more than what we had expected from them . We can clear out all our doubts by asking to them .
We surely recommend this to others .
